Reservation
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date.
Rescheduling
Plans change—we understand. You may reschedule at no cost up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. New dates must fall within 30 days of your original booking.
Cancellations
* More than 72 hours’ notice: Full credit for future booking
* Within 72 hours: 50% cancellation fee
Weather Policy
If we determine weather makes setup unsafe or impractical, we’ll reschedule your event at no charge within 30 days (based on availability).
Arrival & Setup
Our team arrives at least one hour prior to start time to ensure everything is ready by sunset. Please provide adequate setup space and access to a standard power outlet. All movies should begin about ten minutes after sunset for best viewing experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
We bring everything you need for a magical outdoor movie night—including the screen, projector, speaker, and equipment. We’ll set up and show you how everything works prior to your event so you can relax and enjoy the movie with your family and friends. We'll take down equipment after the event or the next morning based on time/location.
All you need is a backyard or outdoor space, access to a standard power outlet, your movie of choice and we take care of the rest!
Due to licensing restrictions, it is required that you provide the movie. We will provide you with a DVD/Blu-ray player or Amazon Fire stick based on your preference.
Most setups require about 20-30 feet of open space for the screen and viewing area. We’re happy to help you determine the best spot for your space.
Rentals are available for one evening with setup at least one hour before sunset and equipment take down either that evening or the next morning. Optimal viewing time is 10 minutes after sunset. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll work with you to reschedule your movie night for another available date.
We’re a family-owned and operated business based on Johns Island, SC. We provide outdoor cinema setups throughout Johns Island, James Island, and West Ashley. For locations elsewhere in the Charleston area, a $50 travel fee will apply.
