Charleston Backyard Cinema was founded by Ryan and Erin Pratt, parents to Sophie, Lucy, and Ellie. Originally from Northern Virginia, our family moved to Charleston in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the area.
Erin is an entrepreneur with a background in website design, coaching, and podcasting for creative mothers. Ryan works as a procurement manager by day and brings the magic to life in the evenings by setting up outdoor cinema experiences and connecting with families in the community.
Together, we created Charleston Backyard Cinema as a way to share our love for meaningful, memory-making moments and to show our girls the value of entrepreneurship.
